No-subscription website monitoring software
Most monitoring tools charge again every month, and again when you add another site or URL pack. TechDash is desktop software: buy a licence once, run the checks on your computer, and renew updates only if you want them.
SaaS fatigue is a product requirement, not a slogan
Agencies already pay for crawlers, rank trackers, log tools and reporting. Adding another hosted monitor that prices by project or URL is how monitoring gets skipped. TechDash is built for people who want the safety net without a new line on every client invoice.
What you pay for

If the privacy angle matters as much as the invoice, read desktop SEO software.

Questions
Is there really no subscription?
You buy a licence. That version is yours. The purchase includes 12 months of updates and support. After that the app keeps working. You renew only if you want newer releases and another year of support.
Do extra sites cost extra?
No per-site or per-URL SaaS pricing. You can monitor as many sites and pages as the computer can comfortably handle.
What about automatic renewal?
There is no automatic monitoring subscription and no back-payments. Renewal is a separate, optional purchase when you want it.
Can I keep using TechDash if I do not renew?
Yes. The installed version continues to monitor. You can also re-download versions released while your updates were active.
